The target of bachelor´s thesis is design of family house. The house is destined for a family of four. The house is designed on a flat land in village Klimkovice. Object is a single-storey building and basementless. Entry to the building is on the northwest side. The main living rooms are located to the southwest. The property includes a garage of one parking space. Perimeter and interior bearing walls are designed from solid wood panels NOVATOP SOLID 124 mm. The roof construction is formed in part by wooden trusses and the second part of the lamellar glued wood beams GL28H. The house is covered with a shed roof, roof planes inclinations are 5 ° and 8 °.
Detached House

The theme of the bachelor´s thesis is a project of a newly built detached house. The house is designed on quiet sloping plot in calm suburb of Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. The object has rectangular plan, it’s without cellar and it has two storeys. It’s a part of a bigger garden with one parking space on a side. The load-bearing structure is made of a timber frame. The external walls are made from straw bales. The external finish is made of lime render, the windows and doors are wooden, gable roof with dormer is covered by split shakes. Roof plane slope is 45°. At the object is one dwelling unit consisting of living room with kitchenette, workroom, three bedrooms, cloak-room and two bathrooms. The internal finish is made of earth plaster. Most of the timber construction stays visible including the timber floor. The roof will be insulated with sheep’s wool and furnished with lining. The design of the timber structure emphasises the use of natural materials.
Kostka leisure centre

The topic of this thesis is a new school facility of Leisure time center Kostka. The Leisure time center is a deteched two-sotrey building on mildly sloping land. The building is basementless. The Leisure time center is located next to the kindergarten and elementary school.The layout includes a building of 11 classrooms and is designed for 163 children. Perimeter, internal bearing and non-bearing walls are designed from brick blocks. Ceilings are made by using prestressed ceiling panels. The building is roofed by a single-flat roof and walkable intensive green roof.
Leisure time centre with accomodation

New-building of leisure center. The building contains two stories, without basement. Structural system of building is created by Porotherm and supplemented by reinforced concrete columns. There are large entrance hall, canteen, lecture and exercise rooms in the ground level. Accommodation rooms, private apartment, laundry room and building manager’s apartment are situated in the second level of building. Roofing of the two-storey building is created by arched truss. The single-storey building is roofed by green roof.
Semi-attached house, Vysoke Studnice

The subject of bachelor's thesis is new building in Vysoké Studnice. The semi – attached house is a separate residential object on the flat land. The building has two floors and is basementless. The vertical and horizontal load – bearings are designed by the system Liapor. An atypical roof is solved by trussed rafter. The object comprises two detached housing units with garage.
Chalet

The aim of this thesis is to design a mountain chalet. Chalet is intended for recreation and accommodation for 23 persons and is designed to gently sloping land in the village of Horní Bečva. The building has two floors without a basement. The main entrance to the building is from the southern side entrance for staff is on the eastern side and the other side entrance to the building is from the north. Part of the building for accommodation is situated on the 2nd floor. Perimeter and interior bearing walls are designed from brick blocks Porotherm in 2.NP then the inner walls of plasterboard. The construction of a roof over the main part of the building is made up of wooden roof purlin system, a roof over your wellness zone is flat vegetation, and the roof over the vestibule is flat with classical music. The main part of the building is covered with a gable roof with a slope of 35 degrees inclinations flat roof over the vestibule wellness zone and 3%.
Residential House

New residential house in Brno – Kohoutovice. Residential house is a detached building in a slightly sloping terrain to the south with two floors. The house has no basement. The vertical and horizontal load-bearing structure are of the system VELOX. The construction of sloping roof is dealt with trussed rafter. The layout of the house includes main flat unit and on the north side adjacent garage. The main building is covered with a gable roof and garage with shed roof.
Semi-detached house, Horni Becva

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is newly built family semidetached house in Horni Becva. The semi – attached house is a separate residential object on the flat land. The building has two floors and is basementless. The object comprises two detached housing units with garage. Outer, interior load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls are designed from masonry system of the company KB-Blok. Ceilings are made using pre-stressed ceiling panels Spiroll. The house is covered with a gable roof, roof slope is 31°. Garage is covered with a flat roof.
Residential Building

Thesis elaborates project documentation for new residential building in Prague 8 - Karlín. The building has five floors without a basement. In 1.NP are located collective garages for cars, garage - parking for bicycles and motorcycles, a cellar for residential units and the main entrances to the building. 2.NP - 5.NP is reserved for housing. The apartment building has three types of units with different layout arrangement - 2 + kk, 3 + kk, 4 + kk and one unit for persons with disabilities. Each apartment has its own entrance to the balcony. Inputs to the roof are placed above the 5th floor Foundations are designed as footings under reinforced concrete columns with a combination of the base plate. The building is in 1.NP reinforced concrete combined with brick infills. 2.NP - 5.NP is brick. The roof is designed flat.
